560 Church Street, Richmond is the home of Kinisi Live every Friday and Saturday night.  This heritage listed building was built in 1917 as an extention of the successful manufacturing company Bryant and May which produced matches.  From its establishment, the building served as a dining hall serving the company's many employees.

 

Renovated in 2009, the venue's atmosphere

for entertaining has endured.  Fitted with

contemporary decor and state of the art

Allen and Heath sound and lighting

equipment, it is a premier live music venue.

 

The main room is fitted with an elevated

dance floor and stage and seats up to 270

people at the tables and booths

surrounding it...all with a great view of the

live action.  The bar area accommodates

120 guests standing and can be sectioned

off for smaller, private cocktail events.
